Acid attacks mean the act of using acid on a person with the intent of causing permanent or partial damage and disfiguration to parts of the person’s body. An acid attack victim would therefore be anyone who has suffered a permanent or partial damage to parts of his or her body after an acid was used on them deliberately by another person.
