Thank you for sharing your short, interesting and most educative video on Dwarfism. It will go a long way in demystifying "Dwarfism", a condition that has existed in the population for a very long time and it has many myths associated with it. In the earlier PWD Act ,Dwarfism was categorized as a orthopaedic disability but while piloting the RPWD act, I strongly felt that we need a separate category for it; so that persons with Dwarfism get full benefits under the new Act without any value judgements.
I strongly recommend the Desination E-Learning video lessons to everyone in the corporate, education and government sector; to sensitize them on Disability, its Diversity and need for Inclusion. The video has touched upon some very important aspects of daily life challenges of persons with dwarfism and most importantly informs about the do's and don'ts while interacting with persons with Dwarfism. My congratulations to the Desination Team for bringing out such impactful and useful video lessons related to Dwarfism and I hope that in future they will also cover the other disabilities under the RPWD Act.
